I would like to share with you my brothers letter to his Republican Party. I think he nailed it and it is worth sharing. I hope many Congressmen and Senators can read the following.
To: Republican Party Leaders,
In 2016 the American people showed their preference for Presidential leadership of The United States of America by electing Donald J. Trump. He was legally elected and confirmed by the Electoral College. His first hundred days have seen an unprecedented lack of support by the various power groups in the Republican party. The American Republican voter is becoming aware that many Republican members of the house and senate are in fact thwarting President Trump, not only in their official dealings in congress, but also their public statements. Paul Ryan, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and Mitch McConnell have been the most obvious non-supporters, joining the hidden administrative numbers and the 100% negative national media that are trying hard to de-legitimize our brave President. It actually appears the negative Republican members of our lazy congress are developing as much support for the losing Democrat party as possible and giving the destructive opposition every possible opportunity to aggravate and embroil the fledging Trump administration into turmoil. These actions against President Trump are merely short term efforts to hurt or destroy him, but in the long term are basically destructive to our Republic. It borders lunacy.
As a citizen of this once proud country, for which so many brave and dedicated people gave their lives, I ask my fellow congressional Republicans to join together, stop fighting your little turf wars for your own featherbed, and do the job you were elected to do by supporting the President’s agenda without equivocation and as United, Make America Great Again, Republicans. The 2016 Presidential election saw the awakening of patriotic Americans, concerned for their country’s future, turn out in vast numbers to elect an accomplished businessman and a person of character, perseverance, and a great vision for America’s future. We are now expecting you to emulate his intensions!
Republican members of congress, it was BECAUSE OF DONALD TRUMP’S ELECTION to the supreme office of the United States of America, BY THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA, that Republicans control the House, Senate, and SCOTUS, it was not because of the likes of McCain and other detractors in the administration and their media confederates. The Republican party, because of Mr. Trump, is now the responsible owner of the future of our country. It is now mandatory that your individual supportive actions must lead to a unified effort to accentuate the goals of President Trump to place our country in a commanding position in world commerce and leadership to the benefit of our nation. Your total responsibility now is to support our president, who represents our nation, our people, who elected you to office, to ensure our hopes and dreams. Do not be part of the destruction of our future. Your decisions and actions are the future or failure of the Republican party.
