Fredericks Radio Network Expands To West Virginia

MORGANTOWN, West Virginia–Fredericks Radio Network expands to WV, now #1 independently owned News-Talker in America.

Fredericks radio company, Disruptor Radio, LLC has entered into a Local Marketing Agreement (LMA) with LHTC Media of West Virginia, Inc. Under the LMA, the John Fredericks Network will provide 24 hours of programming, seven days a week, to five stations from Morgantown to Clarksburg, West Virginia.

Fredericks took over programming on the five stations on February 8, 2024.

The stations added to the Fredericks radio portfolio include:

WGYE 102.7 FM and 103.9 FM – Morgantown-Mannington, WV
WMMN AM 920 and 95.7 FM – Fairmont, WV
WHTI 105.7 FM  – Salem-Clarksburg, WV

The URL is WVTheTorch.com and a radio APP is available.

The addition of the West Virginia radio cluster gives Fredericks’ company a total 18 signals from West Virginia to Georgia.

The new West Virginia stations will air the very popular John Fredericks Radio Network lineup of populist proprietary hosts and sports. All five stations will simulcast the same content except for WVU athletics, which will only be heard on WMMN.

“This West Virginia opportunity is key to our growth plan, as it dovetails nicely with our Pittsburgh footprint and reaches a very pro-populist, pro-America First and pro-Trump area of America.”

“We are excited about offering listeners in West Virginia a choice from the stale, woke, and warmed over pablum served up every day by the corporatists and conservative Inc. bunch that regurgitate the FOX and RNC talking points of the day,” said morning talk show host John Fredericks, heard 6:00-10:00 AM daily on the network.

“Our lame and boring news-talk competition falls into one of four categories: weather on the fives and traffic on the eights; stock prices trading below fifty cents; stock de-listed off the big board or George Soros buying up bankruptcy debt with a controlling stake to eventually take over the company and its programming.”

Anne Fredericks, Disruptor CEO is the ultimate architect of the company’s growth and acquisition strategy.

“We’ve built a burgeoning national legion of devout and dedicated listeners across the country who yearn for the truth and a common sense approach. We don’t rely on click bait for ad revenue and this edict has forged an unshakable bond with our audience,” added Anne Fredericks.

“As a result, we are singularly focused on advertiser ROI, over-serving our customers, and a commitment to their economic success and enduring engagement.”

Anne Fredericks continued, “We outwork our competition. Our unparalleled commitment to quality content, including big-time local and national sports programming are keys to our path forward.”

Stephen K. Bannon, host of War Room, who broadcasts four hours per day of live programming on the network lauded the decision: “War Room comes in hot to West by God Virginia,” said Bannon.
